Hey guys, this is Shay here with etrailer. Today we have a 2022 Tesla Model S and we're gonna be taking a look at and I'm gonna show you how to install the Torklift EcoHitch 2 inch hitch receiver. Adding a 2 inch hitch receiver to the back of your Tesla is gonna allow you to haul a couple of different things. You can use it for bike racks, which is what the owner of this vehicle is using it for. You can use it for cargo carriers. If you don't have a whole lot of space left over in the back of your car, you can always slap a cargo carrier on here and haul some additional gear or luggage on the back of that. more

Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch and Towing Kit Installation - 2021 Tesla Model 3- Video

Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2021 Tesla Model Three, and we're gonna be taking a look at, and I'm gonna show you how to install the Stealth Hitches hitch with tow package. The tow package, the biggest difference between it and the standard rack package is that with the just the receiver tube package, you can only haul bike racks and cargo carriers. So if you don't plan on towing a trailer, you can get that kit. If you ever plan on towing a trailer, which the amount of work you have to go through in order to get this hitch in place, I would definitely recommend spending a little bit extra money, and getting the tow package, 'cause it will come with a ball mount, and the wiring necessary to tow a trailer. The reason why that's so important is because you have to tow a trailer with their ball mount. more

Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Installation - 2023 Tesla Model 3- Video

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at installing the Draw Tite Class One trailer hitch receiver on a 2023 Tesla Model 3. Now being that it's a Class One trailer hitch receiver means that you are gonna be an inch and quarter receiver opening and that's gonna be a little bit trickier to find ball mounts and cargo carriers, as well as bike racks. But there's still plenty of options available. Now all of those accessories are gonna stay in place with a half inch pin and clip. And this is not included with the hitch, but a lot of your accessories will come with one. Now, if you wanna pick up a locking pin and clip, that's a good option. more

EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Installation - 2022 Tesla Model Y- Video

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the EcoHitch trailer hitch receiver on a 2022 Tesla model Y. Now this is what our hitch looks like when it's installed, and that's the magic of this one in particular that makes it a little bit more unique, is to gain access to your hitch, you're simply gonna pull on this Tesla emblem and there's gonna be some magnets that hold our cover into place and when we pull that back, that's gonna allow us to gain access to our receiver. And this is kind of unique, you don't have this on any other vehicle that I've seen during my installs and it's kind of cool they use the Tesla emblem to allow you to pop this off because normally, there's no easy way to really pop this out. All the clips are in the inside and you have this underbody panel. So gaining access to your hitch is not exactly easy and this is a good way to solve that and it looks good in the process. This is gonna be a two-inch by two-inch receiver tube opening, which is gonna be an awesome size for a bunch of different accessories. more

One of the really cool things I like about this hitch is the fact that it is going to be hidden, behind your bumper, which I think is important on a Tesla, you know, these things look really cool so if you can, kind of, hide the hitch when you're not using it, that's great, at least in my opinion. And so there's actually a factory panel that can be removed to get to a trailer hitch, and with this one, it's pretty neat actually, they give you this handle you can put on here. And to me, you know, it kind of is what it is, I don't really love it or hate it, it's just kind of there. more

Today on your 2022 Tesla Model Y we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Draw-Tite Class III Two-Inch Trailer Hitch Receiver and this is what our hitch looks like when it's installed. That's right, with this Draw-Tite Hitch, it is completely hidden behind the bumper. You can't even tell that it's there after you've completed your installation. To access your hitch when you want to use it, I do recommend keeping a tool in your car to be able to access it. There's a cover located here that just pops right out, but there's no kind of a location for you to actually get your finger or fingernail or anything in there. more

Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver here on a 2021 Tesla Model 3. This is what our trailer hitch looks like installed on the vehicle. Now it does have a hidden cross tube design meaning everything's actually gonna be tucked back away behind the bumper here. The only thing we can see is the receiver tube and that's only when we're using it. When we're not using it, we can actually remove a bolt and remove this entirely for a 100% factory-like finish. So adding a trailer hitch to your Model 3 it's gonna be an excellent option because it's gonna make your vehicle that much more versatile. more
